| Comment: | CANCELLED The Executive Committee of the International Society for Digestive Surgery (ISDS) have decided to cancel the 21st WCDS in Beijing. We are most grateful for your submission of abstract for presentation (and registration for the Congress), and we understand that the cancellation may cause much inconvenience and possible financial cost to you, to which we express our most sincere apology. ISDS will host a congress in conjunction with the International Society of Surgery (ISS) as the International Surgical Week (ISW) in Adelaide on 6 - 10 September 2009. It has been agreed that ISW will accept all papers from the cancelled Beijing Congress for presentation at Adelaide without the need for further evaluation.
